Hi All gt a few questions...

my lawyer told me it's nt neccesary to file for separation nw cos i'll be proceed for D in 3 weeks time..but def e finalist thing will tk time...
i thought once i sign n dh sign everything will b done..or mayb after 1 court heraing will b done??
he have unreasonable behavior ma..shld b faster am i rite???

we are nw fighting for maintence...custody case will proceed after maintence hearing..

the question nw is hw come i still must wait for MONTHS for divorce is me n my dh agree to it???
hw many times must i attend court for hearing can my lawyer attend me on behalf??/
for custody hw long u mummies fight for it??as well as maintence??
