To those who are still doing your confinement....did u realised that during confinement we sweat a lot??? I cannot stand it anymore man. I have 3 more weeks to go. Sianz....

This is normal.
1st is due to the confinement food we ate and 2nd is due to excess pregnancy fluids drain away.

So pai seh....i think i don't need it le. My friends gave me the sarong as a gift le.

Ok, sure, no prob. I am now keen to learn how to carry my 2 y.o. using the sarong with her sitting on my side or piggy back

Ya, I also sweat like mad.

I turned on the fan to blow at my back when I stripped off to pump milk, then my confinement lady quickly use a cloth to cover me, cuz she was afraid I would catch a cold.

I continued to be sweaty, sticky and smelly for some time, even though I did take a bath every day with chinese herbs.

i bathed with herbs once a day. then after 3 days, bathed twice a day. Slept with air-con on also.. the most irritating is the oily and itchy scalp! Body was SOooo sticky and when i scratch my scalp, can really see the thick dandruff.. even though i washed my hair everyday. No choice, have to endure for another 3 weeks lo.. heard that the air-con is ok but dun on the fan..

I'm going to due next month.. which is the hot period in Singapore. No fan no aircon! Sure going to sweat alot too, sob sob...

I stil have another 11 days to go to the end of my confinement!

Yeah... aft bath w/ the chinese herbs reali dun see any much difference.. oso stil so hot & sticky... yah.. i too cant stand the itchy hair... when scratch reali can see the dandruff.. damn disgusting man! tats y i put a towel on my pillow... i oso awaz feel tat i'm smelly... i oso do the same like jworld.. when pumpin milk & jz out frm bath.. sure on the fan!

my girl was born in June.... right in the middle of "summer"...... soooooo hot... I had the fan and air con on most time, and shower like 2-3 times a day

frankly speakin cleomom... not many can endure w/o fan & air-con... maybe the 1st few days u will be very 乖 but aft a few days or a wk.. tink u oso bei tahan wil start 2 on fan & air-con

honestly, it is not a matter of "guai" or not.... its a matter of hygiene......
imagine if you are breastfeeding your kid, and you reek of perspiration and thus becteria.....

some more nw stil slp on the same bed as my DH... i feel so dirty tat sometimes when my DH wans 2 hug me i wil resist...

I reali wonder hw can those do it w/o fan/air-con some more w/ long sleeve pyjamas & socks... dun bathe at all... those reali

I did my confinement last yr May.
Sooo hot!

Did uses the herb to bath twice and gave up.
After bath, whole body so sticky and my scalp so itchy till i scratch till bleed.
In the end, my mum made me Lemongrass with ginger. Smell nice and feels good.

me too...hate it when DH wanna hug me.....
