the brand may be US brand but they may not have manufactured the FM sold here in US. It's too expensive for them to do that.

But I remember seeing the Made in US on the tin when my boy is on Similac...

did not see abbott issuing any statement in relation to the news. so supposed it should be safe.

Hey, I went home and check, the tin says made in Ireland. So, should be safe. But hor, now I wonder coz US just loves to do experiments, that y they manage to find out such things. But other countries dun bother so much, so maybe the milk powder also contains chemical but nobody neos... Arrrghhh

But such statement always appear in almost every food manufactering companies.... but how true, nobody knows until someone conduct some tests or something happens.
