The above is immunisation in subjects from the age of 9 months up to 12 years of age inclusive against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chickpox).

It will be given to our child on 15mths and 18mths. It will skip one injection which is required when they are 6 years old. (second dose of MMR) (According to my GP)

Anyone heard of this?

Read this :

I am seriously considering giving Yvette this but I am skeptical over what will be the consequences after this decision is made. As a first time mum, I hate to see my child in discomfort after the injection, thus am considering giving her a combined jab to lessen her pain.

What will be your take?

Ya...PD also offered the same thing, MMR + chicken po (if not mistaken). Well...my understanding, it's 2 jabs in the same....doctor will jab in one side and nurse will do in another side (if not mistaken again....)

However, i decided to make it separately one month apart.

hmm, pin took her chicken pox n mmr seperately.
i think it depends how well your child cope with injections.
pin is still ok leh. she nvr cried, only when she was really young maybe she did "wah~" a bit then ok liao.
mostly she just look at the doc jab her n then wondering wat happen.
haha.
i was more afraid than her.
