Hi all,i've done my maintence order and e order shld take effect one 1st June 2009.
my ex did nt paid up the full amount...hw mani mths must i wait till i can complain this act to court?
Today im gg to the court regards to the divorce paper...think shld b signing cos he did nt contest to it,recently my son turn 1 yr and he got the baby bonus,any mum during separation ...have e baby bonus transfer to his husband acct??cos nw the kids is nt with him i doubt he sld be taking e $$.but due to the custody(i have nt even got the intrim custody nor the care n control)i cant get the baby bonus..any mum met this???can i fight back the baby bonus???i dunno why nw im processing divorce le but my custody still nt taken place yet..anyone like me before?

everytime you go to court to reinforce maintenance order you have to pay:
$1 for normal application via mediation
or $11 for hand delivery for court session.

So depends on your level of tolarence.
I always give him 1 week, after 1 week, I will send email and SMS reminder on a weekly basis... well, he calls it harassment, but I enjoys it ..... after all, he asked for it
by the end of the month, I will go to court to enforce

Baby bonus, write to MCYS to explain situation, with court order, and ask for money to be banked into your account.

but if you have no court order, no choice lo... you cant ask for anything.... cos his arguement will be: he is going to fight for custody.
so you have to wait for court order, and bring this up with the judge, and ask judge to order that bb bonus be returned to you
