has been breast feeding for 3+ mth. Menses not yet come. Current discharge yellowish. How to know pregnant if not using test kit?

It's common not to have menses while breastfeeding. I didn't have menses at all during 6 & 1/2 months I was breastfeeding my son... But if you have some reasons for suspecting that you're pregnant, then best is to buy kit to test or go see a GP to be certain.
