Hi everyone,i am doing a short survey on how to improve care and service at hospital setting and as new patients,what would be your expectation and things to look out for when u first go to a hospital.Hope u guys can help me.Thanks

how about doing a club med..
when arrive 2 rows of host will sing welcome songs and dance to welcome you and at the same time serve welcome cocktails....
then when delivered, the gynea and attending nurses sing and dance congratulation songs....
and when they push mother and new born out of the delivery room.. all will line in 2 rows and clap hand say well done well done ... jia you jia you...
along this line of tots... sure will make giving birth a whole new experience
